Ok, I wanted to, but not really wanted to... anyways... here i go on the damned diet again... Last time, I lost 30 pounds, lets see how well I do this time.

I hope I do good, since I'm going for TOTAL fat loss...
Now remember... this is calculated on DIET time... as in, how many visits to the nutrologist I've made.... I go every one or 2 weeks.... so actual time may be double (that's what I get for not being constant...)
